Stuck to Strong: Mindset Mastery Program

By purchasing this coaching program, enrolling online, or otherwise engaging with the Program, you (“Client”) agree to the following legally binding terms with True Solutions Coaching Inc. (“Company”) and your assigned coach (“Coach”).

Program Description

This is a structured 3-month private coaching program designed to help clients identify and overcome emotional blocks, gain mindset clarity, and work toward personal and professional breakthroughs. The program includes scheduled calls, downloadable lessons (modules), personalized support, and a client portfolio tracking progress.

Terms of Participation

• Program Duration: 3 months from the date of purchase.

• Program Fee: $599 CAD + applicable tax, charged once at the beginning of the program.

• Renewal: At the end of the 3 months, clients will receive a notification with the option to renew.

Commitment & Attendance

• Coaching requires mutual commitment. Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions, complete exercises, and participate fully in the work.

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refund or credit.

• No additional make-up sessions will be provided unless previously arranged and approved by the Coach.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and the limited space available, all payments are non-refundable.
By enrolling, the Client acknowledges this commitment and agrees that failure to participate, attend, or complete the program does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Scope of Coaching

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership designed to help clients maximize their potential. It does not involve therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment.

• Coaching may involve discussion of personal goals, mindset, relationships, work, health, and other aspects of life.

• Implementation of advice, exercises, and strategies is the sole responsibility of the Client.

• If you are under care of a mental health professional, it is your responsibility to inform them of your coaching participation.

Confidentiality

The coaching relationship is private. Any personal information shared with the Coach during sessions will remain confidential, except in the following cases:

• If disclosure is required by law or court order.

• If the Coach believes the Client is at risk of harm to self or others.

• If the Client gives written consent to share information.

• If information is shared in public forums or group spaces.

Methodology

• The Coach may use various tools and techniques based on training and experience. These may include guided self-work, emotional block assessments, and mindset-based strategies.

• The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, as client results depend on individual commitment and application.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, downloads, and frameworks are the intellectual property of True Solutions Coaching Inc. Clients receive access for personal use only. Materials may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

Termination

The Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with reasonable cause. If termination occurs on the Coach’s end before program completion, a prorated refund will be issued. If the Client chooses to withdraw, no refund will be given.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Client and True Solutions Coaching Inc. It supersedes any prior verbal or written discussions.
