By signing up for From Stuck to Strong: Essentials, Stuck to Strong Live – Group Coaching, or the Clarity+ Direct upgrade, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🔶 Program Overview

These coaching subscriptions are delivered by Jessica Hatcher-Ayyoub through True Solutions Coaching Inc., designed to support your growth through mindset coaching, emotional development, and strategic guidance.

Your subscription may include:

  • From Stuck to Strong: Essentials

    • Access to entry-level tools, motivational content, and light-touch guidance

    • Designed for those just getting started on their transformation journey

  • Stuck to Strong Live – Group Coaching

    • Access to live group coaching sessions

    • Supportive peer community

    • Weekly motivational email check-ins

  • Clarity+ Direct

    • All group coaching benefits

    • Plus up to 1 hour/week of private WhatsApp voice message coaching for direct support when it counts

🔐 Confidentiality

All shared content and voice messages are confidential and will not be shared outside the program. However, confidentiality may be broken if:

  • There is risk of harm to yourself or others

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • You give written consent

Please note: Coaching is not therapy and is not protected under legal privilege.

💳 Payment & Subscription Policy

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly for Essentials and Group Coaching, weekly for Clarity+ Direct)

  • No refunds are given once your billing cycle begins

  • You may cancel anytime with written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date

  • Missed group sessions or unused WhatsApp time do not roll over

  • Access is granted only after payment is received

🛑 Late Payments & Pauses

If payment is late:

  • A $1/day late fee may be charged (up to 30 days)

  • Access may be paused until payment is made

  • After 30 days of non-payment, your subscription may be cancelled

📣 Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health care.
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Your progress depends on your mindset, consistency, and effort.

🚫 Right to Terminate

The coach reserves the right to remove a participant due to:

  • Disrespectful behavior

  • Non-payment

  • Misalignment with group values

If terminated by the coach, a refund may be issued for unused prepaid time.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
By continuing your subscription, you agree to act in good faith and honor these terms.
